MEET THE STEERING TEAM
Emily Carlin
Director
Emily lives in Broadview Heights with her husband, Matt, and their daughter, Leighton. This is Emily's second year attending Momtourage, and her first year on the Steering Team. She is a stay-at-home-mom and enjoys traveling, photography, being outdoors, cooking, and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants. Emily is excited to serve as the Director for Momtourage to support a ministry that gave her so much in her first year of motherhood. She is looking forward to cultivating community with other moms, and seeing how God guides and grows her through this season.
Melania Bakai
Financial Manager
​Melania has been part of MOMtourage since 2016 and joined the steering team the following year. She and her husband Barnabas reside in Independence. They have been married since May of 2004 and have three boys: Nathan, Daniel and David, and two girls: Laina and Livia. Before being promoted to full-time stay-at-home mom, Melania worked at the Cleveland Clinics Cardiac ICU as an RN. She enjoys a good cup of coffee, the company of friends, gardening and camping.
Sara Dolezal
Hospitality Team
Sara resides in Hinckley with her husband of twelve years and three young children. She has been a member of Momtourage since 2018 and has a heart to help women as they navigate the early days of motherhood. When she is not helping out at the church, she loves shopping for antiques for her century home, watching the Guardians, reading and baking.
Megan Keo
Hospitality Team
Megan lives in Brecksville with her husband of 9 years, two young children, and dog. She has been attending MOMtourage for three years and enjoys helping facilitate a community of support for moms. She enjoys the lake, fashion, and exploring new places.
Naomi Deva
Hospitality Team
Naomi and her husband Alex have one child, Elias. She works as the Digital Media Strategist at CVC, and is also a professional photographer on the side. She enjoys helping others cherish special moments in their lives through photographs. Naomi enjoys caring for her numerous plants, thrift shopping, catching up with friends over coffee or boba, and visiting new restaurants, bookstores, and cafes.
Avila Blubaugh
Craft Coordinator
Avila lives in Strongsville with her husband, Nick, along with their three littles. They have attended CVC since their oldest was 6 months old. Outside of being a SAHM, Avila is a professional photographer and refers to herself as a life & love photographer. MOMtourage has been the biggest blessing she never realized she needed and she is so thankful to be giving back to this amazing community.
Brooke Williams
Assistant Director
Brooke and her husband, Jacob, have been married since April 2017 and are currently residing in a quiet little corner of Parma. They have 4 handsome boys - Camden, Warren, Howard, and Stewart. And recently added a little princess to the mix, Lynnette. Brooke is a homeschooling SAHM during the day but by night she is an American Sign Language Interpreter. Brooke has been a part of MOMtourage since 2023 and is enjoying meeting others who are also on this wild ride called motherhood.
Hannah Nahra
Social Media Manager
Hannah is a wife, mom, realtor, and part-time caterer. She and her husband have been married since 2021 and are raising their daughter Arabella, who keeps life joyful and full of adventure. Now in her second year at Momtourage and just over a year at CVC, Hannah is grateful for the supportive and welcoming community she has found. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking with her family.
Bekah Neubecker
Tech Manager
Bekah lives in Seven Hills, along with her husband John, son Elliot, and their three cats. This is Bekah's third year in Momtourage and her first year joining the Steering Team, she can't wait to see where God is going to lead her. While being a stay-at-home mom is her full time job, Bekah also enjoys doing community theater, and checking out every park Northeast Ohio has to offer.
Lydia Frangias
Service Coordinator
This is Lydia’s fourth year in Momtourage. She has had many generations of her family attending Momtourage. She even remembers going to a meeting with her mom 20 years ago! Lydia is married to her husband Michael for 4 years this upcoming October and God has blessed them with two beautiful little girls whose names are Koula and Vivi. Lydia has been working at University Hospitals for the last four years as an CVICU nurse. She loves painting, pilates, cooking, spending the summers in Greece with her husbands family, and enjoying small moments outside with her daughters. Reading the Bible every day keeps her grounded and Momtourage has been one of the biggest blessings in her life especially in the season of raising small littles!
Carly Grabowski
Events Coordinator
Carly is a mom to two boys ages 4 years old and 6 years old. She and her husband, Victor, have been married for 9 years. She has been in MOMtourage for the last 6 years and has been the event coordinator for 3 years now. She currently works part time as a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) at her own private practice in Brecksville. She has a passion for serving others and helping those that suffer from trauma and other mental health issues. She also loves cooking, traveling, and decorating.
