MEET THE STEERING TEAM
Emily Carlin
Director
Emily lives in Broadview Heights with her husband, Matt, and their daughter, Leighton. Emily has been attending Momtourage since 2024, and has served as the Director since 2025. She is a stay-at-home-mom and enjoys traveling, photography, being outdoors, cooking, and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants. Emily loves serving as the Director for Momtourage to support a ministry that has given her so much in her early years of motherhood. She is looking forward to another year of cultivating community with other moms, and seeing how God continues to faithfully guide and grow her through this season.
Melania Bakai
Financial Manager
​Melania has been part of MOMtourage since 2016 and joined the steering team the following year. She and her husband Barnabas reside in Independence. They have been married since May of 2004 and have three boys: Nathan, Daniel and David, and two girls: Laina and Livia. Before being promoted to full-time stay-at-home mom, Melania worked at the Cleveland Clinics Cardiac ICU as an RN. She enjoys a good cup of coffee, the company of friends, gardening and camping.
Avila Blubaugh
Craft Coordinator
Avila lives in Strongsville with her husband, Nick, along with their four littles. They have attended CVC since their oldest was 6 months old. Outside of being a SAHM, Avila is a professional photographer and refers to herself as a life & love photographer. MOMtourage has been the biggest blessing she never realized she needed and she is so thankful to be giving back to this amazing community.
Kathryn Telek
Hospitality Team
Kathryn lives in North Royalton, with her husband, Brian, and two children. This will be Kathryn's third year attending MOMtourage and first year on the steering team. She is a stay-at-home mom who loves yardwork, house projects, reading, and exploring the world around her. Kathryn is excited to continue nurturing relationships with other moms and seeing where God leads all of us this year.
Mindy Strawser
Hospitality Team
Mindy and her husband, Jay, have been married since July 2012 and have been blessed with two beautiful girls, RaeLynn and Maggie. Mindy and Jay are originally from Circleville, Ohio and now call Seven Hills their home, in no small part due to the influence of Cuyahoga Valley Church on their lives. A pediatrician by training, Mindy is now enjoying a season of stay-at-home motherhood with her family. As an outdoor-loving family, they enjoy hiking, camping, and many other outdoor adventure sports together. She has been a part of MOMtourage since 2022 and this is her first year on steering team. She has been encouraged so much through MOMtourage in her own motherhood journey and she is looking forward to serving this community on steering team this year. To God be the glory!
Brooke Williams
Assistant Director
Brooke and her husband, Jacob, have been married since April 2017 and are currently residing in a quiet little corner of Parma. They have 4 handsome boys - Camden, Warren, Howard, and Stewart. And recently added a little princess to the mix, Lynnette. Brooke is a homeschooling SAHM during the day but by night she is an American Sign Language Interpreter. Brooke has been a part of MOMtourage since 2023 and is enjoying meeting others who are also on this wild ride called motherhood.
Hannah Nahra
Social Media Manager/Events Coordinator
Hi friends! I'm Hannah! I'm a wife and mama to two little ones, celebrating five years of marriage this November! I'm a Realtor and have managed a catering business for six years, so life is full! I love coffee, family and friends, exploring new places, hiking, and trying new things in the kitchen. This is my third year is Momtourage and second year on the Steering Team, and it has been such a meaningful part of my walk with the Lord--giving me beautiful friendships, opportunities to serve, and space to grow in the gifts He's given me. I'm so grateful for this community and excited for another year together!
Bekah Neubecker
Tech Manager
Bekah lives in Seven Hills, along with her husband John, son Elliot, and their three cats. This is Bekah's forth year in Momtourage and her second year on the Steering Team, she can't wait to see where God is going to lead her. While being a stay-at-home mom is her full time job, Bekah also enjoys doing community theater, and checking out every park Northeast Ohio has to offer.
Lydia Frangias
Service Coordinator
This is Lydia’s fifth year in Momtourage. She has had many generations of her family attending Momtourage. She even remembers going to a meeting with her mom 20 years ago! Lydia is married to her husband Michael for 5 years this upcoming October and God has blessed them with two beautiful little girls whose names are Koula and Vivi, and the newest addition Demetri born May 2026. Lydia has been working at University Hospitals for the last five years as an CVICU nurse. She loves painting, pilates, cooking, spending the summers in Greece with her husbands family, and enjoying small moments outside with her daughters. Reading the Bible every day keeps her grounded and Momtourage has been one of the biggest blessings in her life especially in the season of raising small littles!
